Rupert combines over 25 years' residential property experience with a deep, personal connection to Kent, the county where his family are from, his children were raised and he has lived and worked for over two decades.
Specialising at the top end of the property market since 1999, Rupert spent his early career in Central London specialising in sales and acquisitions in Mayfair, Marylebone and St James's. This preceded his move to Kent as a partner of a global estate agency, where his roles included Head of Residential Sales in their Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells offices and a partner in their private client buying team. During this time, he dealt with the sale and purchase of some of the finest country houses in the South-East.
In 2018 Rupert set up as an independent property buying agent delivering a bespoke, personal and highly professional service to his clients looking to move to the South-East.
Rupert knows first-hand what makes Kent such a special place to live, from its beautiful countryside and strong community feel to its excellent mix of state and private schools, attractive property prices and fast London commute.
